Inspect Your Wood Trim
If not maintained well, exposed wood trim can deteriorate, warp, and may need extensive sanding before repainting or worst case, complete replacement.
Twisted, warped trim which does not fit tightly against the house can allow water to get inside and may need replacing.
In order to avoid costly repairs, make sure that you schedule a roof inspection before cold weather or rainy season sets in.
