We've exhausted most of the local home improvement stores and have found nothing. There is one concrete screw holding up a light-weight wreath, but it won't hold the large picture I want to hang. Please help.

If no drilling with a mason bit drill is desired, then you might try a "A & B" mixture of epoxy glue. You can decide for yourself which setting speed you prefer; there are types that take up to one hour to set and then there is the five-minute kind.

Mix according to directions, then while the mixture is pliable, install a picture hanger of the appropriate size within the "ball" of epoxy and apply to stone where you want the picture to hang. Allow the epoxy to harden/set then hang the picture.

If at a later date you decide to change the location of the picture, remove the picture, insert a chisel behind the picture hanger and the "blob" of epoxy and with minor pressure, it will pop-off.

I have tried this method before and it has worked well.
